Another day, same routine.

She lifted a small bite and made a happy noise at the sweetness of the cake.

"Miss it as much as i have?"He asked.

She nodded eyes bright.

"I can never have enough of this" she said "Missed it so much....especially with the person I have it with"

"Yeah..."He replied with a nod."It's been a while.

She lifted some frosting and placed some on his nose.

"Now you are sweeter" she said in a fake serious tone.

Cloud wipped his nose off and tossed some frosting back at Tifa playfully. "So are you."He laughed.

She yelped and threw some more at him.

"I can't believe you did that!" she said amused.

"I never was one to play by the rules."He laughed and tossed some more at Tifa.

She glared and her red eyes flashed. She threw him all she had left from her plate and ducked avoiding his probable retaliation.

Thinking as the soldier he once was, he figured Tifa would duck so he got up and put some on the top of her head."Game over. Looks like i win."

She jumped and was shocked at his audacity. She lifted her head to face him and glared. She was covered in something that should have in fact been in her stomach.

Cloud looked her over then, after a few minutes trying to hold it back, he broke out in laughter.

She felt embarrassed till she heard his laughter. She let out a tiny smile, she hadn't heard him laugh in so long, that when she heard him, she felt happy and a little proud.

I brought out that smile she thought.

When he finnished laughing, he looked deep into Tifa's eyes and drew a little closer. "Tifa..."He said softly before slowly kissing her.

She tensed eyes wide her brain trying to figure out what had happened. Once her brain caught up with her body she tilted her head up, face flush and began to respond to his advancements.

Cloud raised a hand to Tifa's shoulder as he continued his loving kiss.

She shivered and lifted her right hand to his hair. She ignored the fact she was putting some cake remnants in his hair.

Cloud pulled ack with a soft smile. "I love you, Tifa..."He said before kissing again.

She gasped slightly trying to breath in. She closed her eyes and smiled shyly.

"I love you too" she said breathless and she smiled before he kissed her. Her eyes fluttered closed.

Cloud held her in his arms for what seemed like hours in the kiss but finally pulled back and rested his forehead against hers as he watched deeply into her eyes, smiling softly.

Her face was flushed and she smiled back shyly. Her breath was a little breathless and she caressed his cheek.

Cloud just watched her beautiful gem like eyes silently with his warm smile.
