Travelling...

"Yup..." Hachiro returned full human and bipedal. "There you go!"

She jumped slightly surprised.

"Amazing" she said impressed "Were you born like this?"

"Uh huh... i was kinda... yeah..."

She tilted her head.

"Can you tell me more?" she asked.

"It's at this point it gets complex..." He sat down and motioned for tifa to sit down as well.

She nodded and sat down. She but her elbows on the table and observed him curiously.

"You see... i could barely open my eyes before i was orphaned... i don'y know who... and i don't know why, and frankly, i don't care...my parents left in their will for me to train at the academy... after that, i joined a college exclusively for... skilled soldiers of fortune... and, soon... bam... i'm here..."

She tilted her head.

"Were they like you too?"she asked

"A few... but not to my range... some were between my first form you saw me in and full husky, some were like my more humanoid form and true human, and still some were less... i was the only one with range enough to go from true talking dog (Or more, but very rarely) to full human..."

She nodded.

"If I may ask" she began 'Why is it that you prefer to be in fur, when being human would cause you less hardship"

"Comfort is usually more important than vanity..."

She nodded.

"It's more comfortable to be in fur form?"

"Most of the time... unless it's hot... then you would get uncomfortable...but other than that... yes."

She giggled imagining such a scene.

"Oh well it seems fun to have a tail" she thought aloud.

"Actually, it's not always... they're usually sensitive... it can get annoying..."

She bit her lip but said a small question softly.

" Can you get fleas?"

"Nope... well, it's like you, only if i come into close proximity... but, i would have noticed by now... you know... you'd be surprised how many people ask that..."

She giggled.

"Sorry but it's exciting to see something new around Edge" she replied.

"Heh... that's fine..."

She smiled and sipped a glass of vodka she had a spare drink on her tray.

"What brought you to Edge"

"A... job... i travel a lot... that, and the sights..."

She blinked.

"Are you part of SOLDIERS?"

"No... what's that?"

She blinked

" They are advanced super-soldiers, with super-human strength, speed, and agility Shinra uses them for special missions that require the greatest use of strength."
